June 12, 2020: The Small Business Administration has released a revised Paycheck Protection Program loan application

April 3, 2020: Beginning on April 3, 2020, small businesses and sole proprietorships were able to apply for the Paycheck Protection Program ("PPP"). The U.S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”) has released an application for small businesses and sole proprietorships. Remember, SBA approved lenders provide PPP loans. Small businesses and sole proprietorships are encouraged to contact their banking institution to inquire about whether their banking institution is approved for making PPP loans.
