A producer is an intermediary between buyers and sellers. By working independently, rather than for Professionals Advocate, a producer is capable of informing you on the quality of a product based on their own professional, unbiased opinion.

When should I contact my producer?
Depending on the situation, there are times where it is preferable to contact your producer directly as opposed to reaching out to ProAd.

Contact your producer to:

  • Make policy changes
  • Receive advice about different coverage options
  • Inquire about purchasing additional coverages (MedGuard, e-dataRESPONSE+)
  • Complete or check the status of an application/request
  • Request certificates of insurance

Contact ProAd to:

  • Report a change in your address or other contact information
  • Ask a policy-related question
  • Report a claim, suit or incident
  • Ask a billing or accounting question
  • Ask a risk management question
  • Request assistance with the web site
