New Chair selected for Board of Directors
Professionals Advocate Insurance
Company is pleased to announce that George S. Malouf, Jr., M.D. has been
selected to serve as Chair of the Board of Directors of Professionals
Advocate. Dr. Malouf was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He received his B.S.
in Biology from Georgetown University and his M.D. from the University of
Maryland.
Dr. Malouf has been in private practice in Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties since 1983. He has been active in organized medicine, having served as President of The Maryland Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons and Prince George’s County Medical Society, and a member of The Council of American Academy of Ophthalmology.

MedGuard is now a stand-alone coverage available for Physicians or
Surgeons, CRNAs, Nurse Midwives, Physicians's/Surgeon's Assistants, Nurse
Practitioners, Dentists, Dental Hygienists and Professional Organizations,
if all individual members of the Professional Organization also purchase
MedGuard coverage. ProAd MedGuard provides an annual aggregate limit of insurance to pay the legal expense of
