Take I-64 West to I-95 South. Take the exit to the Downtown Expressway (195). Pay a 50¢toll. Shortly thereafter, you will see a sign directing you to the Powhite Parkway. Take that exit. Cross the James River and pay a 50 cents toll. Within a few miles, exit at Jahnke Road. Follow signs to the hospital.

From the West (Charlottesville area):

Take I-64 East to I-195 South. Stay on I-195 South until it merges with Powhite Parkway. Cross the James River and pay 50 ¢ toll. Within a few miles, exit at Jahnke Road. Follow the signs to the hospital.
